The scope of KHIEBRA services includes contract reviews, contractual letter writing, issuing variation and delay notices, defending against unfair back charges, late payments, and a host of other contractual and commercial support related to issues that contractors and subcontractors face on a regular basis, all services can be delivered remotely, as required, to support clients in any country of operation.

SECOND OPINION
If your company is about to notify or enter dispute procedures, you will also be making a large future financial commitment on behalf of your company. If your in-house team has prepared a contractual or financial claim, then you will need to be 100% certain that the documents submitted, and the contractual arguments included are of a sufficiently high standard to ensure that your company has the greatest chance of getting a successful result.
KHIEBRA will review your project documentation prior to preparation or submission, and advise possible changes to ensure compliance, with the requirements of the terms and conditions of your executed contract agreement. Advice on possible additional heads of claim, or increasing existing claimed amounts, will also be provided.
LITIGATION SUPPORT
Local court-appointed experts require detailed technical and commercial explanation that is often beyond the experience of lawyers to provide. KHIEBRA can supply English or Arabic-speaking experts to assist with litigation claims, ensuring the maximum possible understanding of the court expert, and in turn the much higher possibility of a successful case outcome.
